Job Description

The Client Service Executive supports day-to-day account operations and ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. This is an entry-level position focused on learning, execution, and service excellence.

Client Relationship Management   

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong and trustworthy relationships.   
  • Understand clients’ brand, business objectives, and marketing strategies.     
  • Provide strategic counsel and proactively offer solutions to meet client needs and KPIs.  
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibility

  • Assist Client Service Manager in handling client briefs and communications. 
  • Coordinate internal teams (creative, production, media, activation) for deliverable alignment. 
  • Track project timelines, status, and feedback to ensure on-time delivery. 
  • Prepare meeting notes, contact reports, and workback schedules. 
  • Support in preparing quotation, proposal, and post-campaign report documents. 
  • Manage minor project tasks such as booking KOLs, content calendar updates, or event logistics. 
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and share updates with the team. 
  • Handle administrative tasks (PO follow-ups, invoices, approval forms). 
  • Oversee all projects from inception to completion by leading the client from initial engagement throughout the project execution 
  • Provide clients with progress reports and status updates, as well as periodic project status meetings 
  • Initiate, maintain, and update project plans, timelines, budgets, and schedules 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Maintain current knowledge of construction methods, principles, materials, and techniques

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, operations, or related field 
  • 1-2+ years of related experience in client service or sales 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are required 
  • Knowledge of financial products and concepts 
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex financial products and services in a clear and concise manner
