The CSM manages client accounts independently, serving as the primary contact point for project execution and relationship management. The role balances strategic thinking and hands-on project delivery.
Client Relationship Management
Campaign Management (ATL & BTL)
Lead and oversee the execution of ATL campaigns, BTL campaigns
Manage BTL activities such as on-ground activations, events, in-store promotions, and POSM development
Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure consistency and quality
Monitor campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and provide insights for improvement
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and escalate risks where necessary
Identify opportunities for account growth and present value-added proposals
Continuously measure and improve client satisfaction through feedback and service excellence
Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions with clients
Mentor and guide junior account executives and coordinators
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in client service or account management in an advertising or marketing agency.
Strong experience in managing both ATL and BTL campaigns.
Excellent client servicing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of campaign management and reporting tools is a plus.
