Job Description

The CSM manages client accounts independently, serving as the primary contact point for project execution and relationship management. The role balances strategic thinking and hands-on project delivery.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong and trustworthy relationships. 
  • Understand clients’ brand, business objectives, and marketing strategies. 
  • Provide strategic counsel and proactively offer solutions to meet client needs and KPIs. 
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibility

  • Campaign Management (ATL & BTL)

  • Lead and oversee the execution of ATL campaigns, BTL campaigns

  • Manage BTL activities such as on-ground activations, events, in-store promotions, and POSM development

  • Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure consistency and quality

  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and provide insights for improvement

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and escalate risks where necessary

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and present value-added proposals

  • Continuously measure and improve client satisfaction through feedback and service excellence

  • Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions with clients

  • Mentor and guide junior account executives and coordinators

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in client service or account management in an advertising or marketing agency.

  • Strong experience in managing both ATL and BTL campaigns.

  • Excellent client servicing, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of campaign management and reporting tools is a plus.

  • A growth mindset with a passion for marketing, brand building, and customer excellence.
